COACHING + WORKSHOPS
Model U Coaching + Workshops present an opportunity for aspiring and established models of all heights, ages, and sizes to enhance their skills, self-confidence, and wellness through activities and challenges shared with peers, fashion industry professionals, and coaches. It is a fun and educational experience. Private or group sessions are available.
Topics include:
Health and wellness activities and tips
Walking for the runway and life, for models of all genders and all ages
Learning how to take a great digital photo and video for submittals to agents/managers/casting directors/clients as well as for your personal instagram
Exploring fashion basics needed for your model wardrobe and/or your personal style
The business of modeling: Includes discussions on contracts, art, history, and fashion
Virtual Workshops are recommended at this time.
